Creating an account is easy! Click on "Open an account" button, fill in your personal information, verify your email, and complete the KYC process. The whole process takes less than 10 minutes.

Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. For security reasons, the link expires after 24 hours.

Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication. Follow the instructions to set up 2FA using your mobile device. We recommend using an authenticator app for maximum security.

Go to Cards section in your dashboard and click "Order Physical Card". Choose your card type, confirm your shipping address, and your card will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Standard cards have a daily ATM withdrawal limit of €500 and a daily purchase limit of €5,000. Premium cards have higher limits. You can view and adjust your limits in the Cards section.

Internal transfers are instant. SEPA transfers typically arrive within 1 business day. International transfers can take 2-5 business days depending on the destination country.

Internal transfers are free. SEPA transfers cost €0.50. International transfers have variable fees based on the amount and destination. You can see the exact fee before confirming any transfer.
